I have been secretary at the club for 10 years and it has gone from strength to strength. We have football opportunities for all ages and abilities and do not 'trial'. Everyone is welcome. We also have girls teams with training for girls form age 5 upwards. Our ethos is to never turn any females away.

We are a proud fan-owned club in the north of Manchester, established in 2005 in protest to Malcolm Glazer's hostile takeover of Manchester United. We have a 4,400 capacity stadium that we play our matches in and are currently playing in tier 4 in the National League.

We are a brand-new team in London – breaking boundaries for women to get into football. We have removed all financial aspects, so everyone plays for free! UD stand behind equality and provides a safe and fun environment in girls' and women's football. UD's main Women's team has 15 nationalities within the squad –– we are proud to unite women from all over the world and offer them an incredible opportunity to either develop their skills or play in a competitive league.

Our Club is a family. We run three senior teams so that players of all abilities get a chance to play match day football rather than just train. We also run ten youth teams. We are an England Accredited 3 Star Club. We are friendly and always on the lookout for new players, even mid season. We don’t run trials - all welcome!

A warm welcome awaits anyone that wishes to play at Tier 6 or Tier 8 of the Women's Pyramid. We have the aspirations and coaches that will take the teams higher. We are particularly keen to offer our female players the opportunity to advance their own coaching qualifications. We were the first club in Bedfordshire to provide our female players a subscription free offer on equal terms to our male players.

Formed in 1994 and one of the first grassroots women's football clubs in London, we are an independent, diverse, welcoming club where women can play the beautiful game in an environment set up to improve ability and have fun. The strength of our club is the people in it. Everyone has a voice.
