Since joining JPS my technical ability and fitness has improved dramatically. The girls are all incredible and there is a real team spirit. The girls are there for each other on and off the pitch and this shows in where we place in the league (23/24 is our first season together)

We provide a range of coaching, training and playing opportunities for anyone who is interested in being involved in football. We start coaching kids from 5 1/2 years old upwards and run teams in most age groups, including girls and ladies teams, and during the warmer months we also provide pan-disability sessions. We also have excellent facilities for changing in and a fantastic club room where we run a range of social activities.

Ruislip Rangers has one of the largest female sections in England. We have run girls teams since 2005 and now have over 250 female players from under-6 to adults. We have two women's teams offering both competitive and development football.
